How many people can your homes sleep?
Our three Anchorage homes sleep 15, 17, and 22 guests — and you can book more than one for a truly large reunion or crew. They’re purpose-built for big groups, not couples’ getaways.
Can I book directly, without a third-party platform?
Yes. Every home books direct through our secure OwnerRez booking system right on this site — real-time availability and instant confirmation, with no extra middleman service fees.
Who are my hosts?
Charlie and Athena Grimm — lifelong Alaskans with three children and six grandchildren. They live here, know the area intimately, and are happy to share local tips, then respect your privacy once you’re settled in.
Are the homes good for work crews and corporate stays?
Absolutely. Spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, fast routes to the airport (about 15 minutes), washers and dryers, and plenty of parking make them a comfortable, cost-effective alternative to booking a block of hotel rooms.
How close is the airport and downtown?
All three homes are roughly 15 minutes from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport and downtown Anchorage, with grocery stores just minutes away.
What’s the best time of year to visit Anchorage?
Summer (June–August) brings long daylight, hiking, fishing, and wildlife; winter offers the northern lights, skiing, and the Fur Rondy festival. Our homes are comfortable year-round.
